Very bad error. You can use a startup windows disk, go into the recovery console and see on your hard drive that there imght be a ntoskrnl.exe in one of the backup folder. copy that over the corupted one. Another option is to repair your windows installation with the install disk. Anyway I got that error more than once on many systems.
